Frequently asked questions
Are you ABTA bonded and is it safe to book with you?+
We're a service provider, not a package tour holiday company, so ABTA bonding isn't required. Under the Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, all monies are held in a trust account and are safe.
Can I change my mind and cancel?+
Yes, subject to a small admin charge. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Isn't it too hot to run in the destinations?+
The races are held early in the morning or in the evening before the heat peaks. Every race is well-organised with plenty of water stations on the route.
How long is the trip?+
4 days / 3 nights. Arrive Friday, race Sunday, home Monday. Hotels check in from 2pm and check out at 12pm — luggage rooms are available before/after.
Do you cater for non-runners?+
Absolutely. There's a discount off the package price for non-runners — available on application.
